51Earth, Inc. ("Company", "we", "us", or "our") operates the website aperdata.ai (the "Site") and provides SimReady 3D digital assets for use in Physical AI, World Model training, and related artificial intelligence applications. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, share, and protect your personal information when you visit or use our Site and services.

By accessing or using the Site, you agree to the terms of this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the Site.

2.1 Account Information

We support two methods of account creation and sign-in:

(a) Google OAuth 2.0 Sign-In

When you sign in using your Google account, we request the following minimum necessary permissions: openid, email, and profile. This allows us to collect:

  • Your Google account email address
  • Your Google display name
  • Your Google account unique identifier (used for account binding)
  • Your Google profile picture URL (used solely for account display)
  • We do not access your Gmail messages, Google Drive files, Google Calendar, Google Contacts, or any other data beyond the permissions listed above.

    (b) Email / Password Registration & Sign-In

    When you register or sign in using your email address, we collect:

  • Your email address (used as your account identifier)
  • A hashed version of your password (your plaintext password is never stored)
  • Email verification codes (one-time passcodes, "OTP") sent via our email delivery provider, Resend, Inc., for identity verification during registration, sign-in, and password reset
  • 2.2 Payment Information (via Stripe)

    All payment transactions are processed by Stripe, Inc. We do not collect, store, or process your full credit or debit card number. Information we may receive from Stripe includes:

  • Cardholder name
  • Last four digits of payment card (for order display only)
  • Billing country, state, and postal code (for tax calculation and fraud prevention)
  • Payment status and Stripe transaction ID
  • Stripe Customer ID (to associate your account with payment methods)
  • 2.3 Purchase and Transaction Records

    When you make a purchase, we automatically record:

  • Names and identifiers of 3D assets purchased
  • Purchase amount and currency (USD)
  • Purchase timestamp
  • Download records (count and timestamps)

    Your data is hosted on infrastructure provided by Vercel Inc., which operates on Amazon Web Services (AWS). Your data may be processed and stored on AWS servers located in the United States (San Francisco region).

    4.2 Retention Periods

  • Account Information: Retained for 30 days following account deletion, then permanently deleted or anonymized.
  • Transaction Records: Retained for 10 years in accordance with applicable tax laws and accounting standards.
  • Access Logs: Retained for 30 days.
  • Security Audit Logs: Retained for 180 days.
  • 5. Sharing of Your Information

    We do not sell your personal information. We may share your information only in the following circumstances:

  • Stripe, Inc.: To process payments on your behalf.
  • Google LLC: For authentication services via Google OAuth (Google sign-in users only).
  • Resend, Inc.: To deliver transactional and authentication emails, including one-time verification codes (OTPs), to users who register or sign in with their email address.
  • Vercel Inc. / AWS: As our cloud infrastructure providers.
  • Legal Requirements: When required by law, court order, or government authority.
